2．Consultation & Proposal
We will identify challenges based on the desired outcomes. Please share the details with us.
At this stage, we ask for cooperation in providing real data or samples of the items you handle.
AI is data-driven—without data and a clear understanding of the environment, we cannot begin.
If the available data is insufficient, AI may not learn effectively. In such cases, we consider efficient data creation methods or unsupervised learning, which does not require labeled training data.
Additionally, if no data has been collected or existing data is not suitable for AI learning, we can discuss data collection and accumulation strategies (additional costs may apply).
Based on the challenges identified, we will propose an appropriate approach.
3．Research, Analysis, Experimentation & Report Submission
We conduct research, analysis, and experiments based on the proposal.
Depending on the complexity, the process may take time. If so, we provide interim reports, keeping you updated on findings and progress.
If results are not promising or if objectives seem unachievable, we may suggest alternative approaches. You also have the option to discontinue the project at this stage (fees incurred up to that point will apply).
Upon completion, we submit a detailed report, and if applicable, provide demonstrations of the AI solution.
If AI proves effective for your business, we will propose full-scale system implementation.
Once the effectiveness is confirmed, we can move forward to full-scale system development.
