■About the Service & Specifications

Q. What file formats and sizes are supported for drawings?
We support 2D formats (PDF, JPG, PNG, TIFF) and 3D CAD formats (STEP, STL).
Supported paper sizes: A4 and A3.

Q. Is there a limit to the number of drawings I can register?
 There is no limit. However, we recommend periodically deleting drawings that are no longer in use.

Q. Is there a limit to the number of estimate requests?
 No, there is no limit. You can also request quotations from multiple suppliers at the same time.

Q. Can I manage supplementary information?
 Yes. You can attach files to drawings (not visible to business partners).
You can also attach files to estimates (not visible to business partners), such as internal cost breakdowns.

Q. I have many drawings. How should I register them?
 Please contact us for assistance.
 If your drawings are in paper format, you will need to scan them first.
 You will need to scan the documents to convert them into electronic files.
 ※Electronic file conversion means turning paper-based drawings into digital formats such as PDF or JPG.

Q. Since this is an AI-based system, is training required?
 Yes, training is required.
 The system learns automatically from the registered drawings.
 We handle the timing and frequency of training — no user action is required.

Q. Are my drawings protected from unauthorized access?
 Yes. All data is securely managed within AWS.
Only authorized personnel (including our team for AI learning and service improvements) have access.
We are certified under ISMS ISO/IEC 27001.

Q. Is there a demo site available?
 Yes, you can access the demo site [here].
 Please review the usage guidelines before using the demo site.

Q. I’m not sure how the system works. Can someone explain it to me
 Yes. We offer remote sessions to guide you through the system while sharing the actual interface (approx. 30 minutes).

Q. Is the system available in English or Chinese??
 Currently available in Japanese only. English support is planned.

 

■About Contracts

Q. What are the payment methods
 Invoices are issued at the end of each month for both monthly and additional usage fees.
 Please make payment via bank transfer by the end of the following month.

Q. Can I pay by credit card?
 Currently not available. We may consider adding credit card support depending on demand.

Q. Can trading companies use this system?
 Yes. However, registration is required either as a manufacturer or as a supplier.
 We recommend registering as a manufacturer.

Q. We are a manufacturer. Do our suppliers also need to use the system?
 No, the system can be used independently by manufacturers.
 However, involving suppliers may help improve operational efficiency.
 We can assist in explaining the system to your suppliers.
